Finally went for mambo night at zouk on wed. It was a really impromptu decision by whit and i. This time, we made sure we went into the right place and not velvet underground again! Was quite honored when the bouncer wanted an id check muahaha. Enjoyed the drink, the music and of course the company. whit, i'll try to smile more when i'm there. Lol..
Isetan private sale on thurs. How come everyone is so free yar? The whole store was so crowded esp at the shoes, bags and clothes dept. I bought some fancl products and mummy bought her sk2.
One week of holiday is ending too soon!

Daddy called ard 4pm yesterday to say that he is done with his work at the office. We read in the newspaper some time ago that there's a new night market in malacca. So, off we go. Mummy, daddy and i, the 3 of us to malacca! So last minute! Grabbed my portable vcd player, magazine, jacket and we're all set. Very used to this kinda impromptu trip cos daddy used to do it often when i was in pri and sec school. Sometimes to genting, kl, cameron highlands or even kuantan.
I get to drive from the malaysia custom all the way to the pagoh r&r station which is abt 230km i think. Its my 2nd time driving in malaysia. Most of the cars were zooming past me even though i was already going at an average of 120km/hr. Scary.. It was getting darker and parts of the highway didn't have any light. So exciting yet so so stressful! The drive was so long that my feet turned a little numb. Daddy finished up the last half and hour or so of the journey and it was already 8.30pm when we reached malacca.
The nightmarket resembles those in bangkok but it was still fun to walk around. Tasted the very famous chendol with yummy gula melaka, assam laksa and some light snacks that we bought from the night market. Then its another 3 hour ride back to singapore. Should've stayed a night there but there's amy's wedding today to attend. We're so bo liao right?
Crazy parents, crazy me! hahaha..

Bought my first box of doughnuts from donut factory at suntec yesterday. The queue wasn't super long unlike the other branch at raffles city. There were so many flavours to choose from like spicy cheese, peanut choc, mint choc, double choc, apple cinnamon, kaya, bluberry, rasberry blah blah.. So exciting! Tasted one on the spot and it was yummmy! The choc coating was still warm and melting and the doughnut slightly crispy cos it was fried. Didn't taste that good when i heated it up with the microwave this morning. Conclusion, you have to eat them fresh! To you all doughnut lovers out there who don't want to queue, try donut factory's new branch at suntec. They have an express queue for max 2 doughnuts. Krispy Kreme's was too sweet for my liking. This is just nice. Sweet enough but not too sweet.

I don't usually drink coffee but was super tired in the morning so i bought my first can of nescafe mocha. And so i was happily shaking and shaking the can, thinking that i need to mix the drink well. When i finally opened it, my mocha exploded halfway through lecture. hahaha! My goodness.. it was so loud. Once again, i embarrass myself in front of a huge crowd. Reminds me of the time i fell down while walking up the stairs in the lt. Even xiu zhen who was sitting at the other end of the lt saw it. Someone stab me please...
