Met up with whitney and ouyang for dinner on friday. Thai food for dinner and then chocolate fondue at Haagen-Dazs. Yummy! Haha! What a pig! *OinkOink*
On sat, my mum and i went to clementi yamaha to watch the heats for electone festival 2006. Erm, i didn't find it really interesting cos i can't see anything. haha! So we left after hearing abt 8 kids in the junior section perform. Hopefully the actual competition will be much more exciting. Never had a chance to participate in these kinda comp cos i'm not a yamaha student. Plus i had a bad experience playing for macs during cny last yr.
Oh no.. theory exam in a week's time.

Yay! Phantom of the opera soundtrack! I just felt this urge to buy it when browsing through the rows of cds in hmv today. I lurve watching musicals and then buy the soundtracks to slowly savour the wonderful songs, but i failed to catch the phantom when they performed in sg, which was like yrs, yrs ago.
One of my favourites: Chang & Eng. I'm so proud of it cos its a local production and it makes you think, hmm.. our actors can sing too! Familiar faces, familiar names. Isn't tt wonderful?! haha! Plus, the songs are really lyrical and they linger in your head till long past the show ended.
Went to an electone concert on saturday with my family. Free tics cos my sis teaches in yamaha during her free time. Its supposed to familiarise her with the teaching method, according to our teacher. Hehe.. Its really quite fun to teach music. Oh back to the concert, we realised tt it was actually for the JMC(junior music course) students when we were already seated in the auditorium. No astonishing performance but we were treated to lots of disney songs. Haha! Its really a wonderful moment, when you enter the world of the kids again. No worries, no stress, where the world is simply beautiful. Except tt it was really noisy cos they were all jumping everywhere. Well, these concerts make music lessons interesting. According to the mc, its to let kids " learn music in a concert style". Attending music lessons wouldn't have been such a torture if they had these stuff 13 yrs ago. Haha!

Conducted our very first biomed training in vj on friday. Its really nice to know tt we are contributing to the sch tt helped us achieved where we are today. We were on the swing for so long tt i feel myself still swinging up and down as i sit in the classroom. haha! Then its dinner at katong with xue ting and wan qin, followed by cakes as dessert at secret recipe in siglap. We wanted to have a food trail till the next morning but we doubt our stomach can take it. So, what other things can you do? K Box-ing! Haha! By the time we finished, mrts and buses have already stopped their services and it was raining rather heavily, so...its back to my hse! Haha! We spent the night watching vcds and snacking. I had a great time, girls!
Nothing much happened during the weekend except for a wonderful dim sum brunch at this restaurant called "Teahouse" today, near far east square. Yummy! Ha!

Had dinner with anna, whit and the rest today. It was really filling since its a buffet. Duh. haha! But when all the others were full, i still had space in my stomach, not including the fundus of course. Wonder why i am suddenly able to eat so much. Control, control. I must admit, however, tt the food was great in quantity but average in quality. I think i've tasted better. Neverthesless, we still had lots of fun. Haha!
Back home, my mood just went all the way down down down planning for biomed quiz. Was really irritated by the fact tt very few people volunteered to help. What happened? I remember my ex principal in st nics emphasing tt we have to "ying2 shui3 si1 yan2". I want to give back to vj, do my part as a victorian. What abt the rest? I doubt my words mean anything to them. Whatever! Why do i even bother?!
Argh! I have so many things to do. Start studying for exams, do tons of theory papers, prepare for biomed. I have to get my distinction for theory! Since i'm not gd academic wise, i better be gd in music, i hope. Haha! But tts not really possible since i only managed to scrape pass my organ gr.8 in j1. In the end, my teacher made me take the exam again.

Argh! I can't sleep! Its 2.09am now and wat am i still doing in front of the comp desperately trying to find some games tt doesn't require any brain works?! Haha. I'm so glad wan qin is still awake too so at least i've got someone to talk to. According to tt girl, its still considered early to sleep. Haha! Okie, i don' t think i'm tt extreme but usu by this time i'll feel rather sleepy unlike today. Someone explain to me why is it tt i get the ugly dark eye rings and not tt girl? So bad tt even concealers dun work if i even bother to put it on. Hmph..jealous! Haha!
Can't wait for dinner at noble house with whit, anna and the rest tmr evening, oops i mean today. Haha!

Alright, viva lists for all 3 subjects are out. So what if my name is not on any of it? It only means tt i'm going for straight supp for all of them. Sigh! Oh well.. nevermind. Its not the end of the world yet but i'm definitely preparing for the worst. How i wish my name is on the viva list so at least i know where i stand.
Had a fun day in sch yesterday. Weili was really funny. Blanche and melvin kept using sign languuge to communicate. I felt like a huge lightbulb, sorry b and m. Haha! Nevertheless, i am really thankful for their help. Joined blanche in the viva histo review class conducted by raj and at the end of it, i talked to raj again to ask abt supp paper. Was panicking after hearing wat he said but according to jon he was only answering my questions, not trying to hint something. Oh nevermind, I've got selective hearing, only negative stuff get into my ear.
Was at this thai temple today and there was this bunch of people "playing with water". What a conincidence, its the Water Festival today. Is tt wat you call it? I only know its called po shui jie in chinese. Anyway, mummy and i wanted to just walk through the crowd to the other end but when we reached, we looked like we just fell into the pool. Ahh! These people dun just splash water! They will come up to us with a bucket of water, pull our collars and pour everything onto us. So chaotic. Haha! Was drenched inside out but it was fun.

I have to agree with prof raj, i am a girl with no self-confidence, a girl who never stops doubting herself. A bubbly kid, chubby and happy all the time, all this a facade.
Negative thoughts flood my head. I'm slowly losing hope in everything, losing faith in myself.
No one can save me, no one landed me in this plight. I have myself to blame.
I hope i don't give up!

worried, worried, worried ! Going to sch to check out the viva namelist later. Will i see my name or the ever so familiar matric number on the list? Ahhhh! I just want to hibernate, escape from this world, escape form reality.
My life is full of question marks now. Will i pass? Will i get retained? Do i start preparing for viva or supp? Should i stop watching vcds? What will i be in the future, doctor, no, doctor, no, doctor? Maybe its just a transient period?

Found out a shocking piece of news today. Was at the manzda showroom and when i was ready to test drive the rx 8, i found out tt it is a manual operated car!!! Argh! I love tt model! This is the first time i regretted having an autocars-only-licence. Sigh! Visited a few showrooms today. Toyota, nissan, manzda...cars are definitely getting more expensive.
Supp paper timetable is out on mednet and anat dept is gonna publish the viva list tmr! Oh no! I'm seriously worried! Boohoo! I so regret not studying hard enough..maybe i'm just stupid. Watever it is, i just wanna get promoted!!

Yeah! Haven't had such a stress-free day for super long. Haha! Went bowling with serene, xt, blanche and melvin. My bowling sucks man, i just can't get back to the good old days. Oh wait, was i even gd before? Haha! Today's thumb release was super wrong so i went to the pro shop to check if there are any prob with my ball. Afterall, i've not bowled for at least 8 mths. The pro shop guy is so nice, he corrected my way of release and offered me his lane and game to play. Apparently, he was watching how we were playing just now so he knew where i went wrong. Hmm..no wonder he is working in the pro shop, cos he is so pro. The best part was, he is quite cute, even though xt thinks he has the poser look. I think tt he has style. Ha! Seriously, he is not the typical poser you know. Then came this uncle who is this guy's fren and both of them kindly offered to be my coaches of the day. Haha! Either i'm too lousy tt they cant stand it anymore or maybe it was cos they knew my ex coach. Aniwae, they are really nice people.
After tt, we went for dinner at cafe cartel and then it was back to the bowling alley again. Haha! We hands were just itchy.. haha! unfortunately i only managed to play another 1 game cos it was really warm inside and my hands were too tired to even have a proper swing. Nevertheless, i had a fun filled and relaxing day out today! :)

So its over for everyone but me! Shit! I am so going for straight supp paper. Went to the doc today, 2 days of mc(but since there is no school tmr, i told the nurse to change it to 1 day) plus a lecture from the doc abt not eating my med. Can't believe my mum actually joined forces with him. One conclusion: they are so naggy! Seriously, taking the med is making me really really fat and i'm already so fat. Xt, its not a superficial reason k?! Haha! Alright, so he is ordering the radioctive iodine from uk and i can't believe it costs 800 bucks for one stupid pill and another 400 for admin fees! Then he continued rattling on and on, and i suddenly recalled our a levels physics abt the lead box to store radioactive material and all the whole topic on radioactive stuff. Haha! Amazing! Aniwae, i'm so not going for it cos it'll make me even fatter! No way, not over my dead body.
