I went shopping with mummy today after school. Tried out the new food court at wisma and was totally disappointed. Then we were walking in isetan and saw this very gorgeous black tube dress with gold buttons on it, from CK. Not the fanciful party dress design but the very sophisticated, smart type. So, since mummy is just like my mobile atm, i went to try it on. Haha! Wow..totally fell in lurv with it! But, the price is even more amazing. $899! Definitely not going to buy it. No 1 and more impt: I've got no occasion to wear it to. No. 2: I feel bad making mummy pay and since i'm not working now, i'm not willing to splurge on a dress that i'm only gonna wear once or twice. So unless i've got a really impt occasion to attend. I'll just keep thinking abt it..haha! Just woke up from a 3 hour sleep..But why am i still so tired? Haha! Gosh, i just realised that i'm sleeping alot. haha! Hope my dark eye ring will disappear! Oh and i'm extremely, extremely traumatised by the slides that prof hwang showed today abt hyperthyroidism.

We had our last session of pdp today! *Sob* I was really looking forward to it, after all, this is the only clinical part in yr 1. Without it, it would be like learning the organ without playing it, just memorising the theory part! How boring that is! And cos our time for pdp was right in the middle of the 2 initial time slots, all the patients refuse to let us examine them cos they were already "interogated" by too many med students. Actually, i can fully understand how they feel. Its not easy having to face so many "trying to act pro" students who keep poking them(unless they are completely drowsy). Anyway, i went to holland v with whitney for lunch. Happily sitting in sushi tei with our drinks served, we decided that we had nothing to order from the menu. So..we decided to just walk right out of the door with the waitresses staring at us like aliens! So embarassing! Haha! In the end, we had a nice meal at nydc.

lecture in the Lt was stuffy today. Unfortunately, the aircon broke down and there was little ventilation inside. Went for the anat review in the afternoon and found it quite useful. Basic concepts abt nerves, relatively easy to understand(for now). But i find myself getting lost again near the end of class. Think mummy shld buy me some brain power pills..i need to improve my memory and concentration ability. Haha! While walking with serene and blanche to the taxi stand, we all started imitating the british accent, recalling how our teachers spoke in lorna whiston and british council. A lovely language! "Absolutely gorgeous!" Haha! In the end, i went to the co-op and spoke to the auntie with the accent. People around must be thinking that i'm such a damn poser! Haha! I seriously forgot! Ended sch on a bright tone today! Yeah!

Went shopping alone again today before i met up with my auntie. Actually i like to shop alone. No one will stop you from spending and you dun get influenced by what others think. A true shopaholic..my hands feel so itchy if i dun spend some money! haha! Whit popped this question during lect:"if you have the money and you're willing to splurge in only one shop. Which will it be?" TY and i act thought of gucci. Haha..but recalling an earlier conversation with her, we agree that the best shopping deal is to buy a thing that costs 10 bucks and make it look like a million dollars. unfortunately, how often do you get such deals? Usual case, you spend a hundred bucks and yet, it looks like its worth less than 10. Haha! Met eugene on the mrt today..what a coincidence that i actually got into the same carriage as him. He just met ying xian. And later, i met newman at tcc scotts isetan, who just met jerry. Haha..so amazing!

Yeah! My first ang pao! haha! From my mummy's friend who came to our hse today! 12obucks each for my sis and i..the largest amt so far from a non-relative. Plus 2 cans of abalone. Wow..so generous right? Went to breeks for dinner and ordered the usual beef bibimbap..reminds me of the time i went with the yayas and they burst out laughing when i said beef bibimbap..haha..cos i said it quite fast and they've never heard of it before. Ignorant people! haha..joking. Hmm..how i miss the times we spent together!

Finally i'm posting again! Somehow, i just can't publish the new posts in the past week! Now that i can post, i can't add my tag board!! Argh! Somebody buy me the idiot's guide to website design! Had my first anat lesson with prof kaur today..nice tutor and very clear. Thats why: never judge a book by its cover. Went with joel, kenrick and deddrick to nuh for lunch today..really interesting to listen to their conversation (mind you..its filled with lots of "damn you!"). Everyone seems to have something against kenrick today..haha! Poor little brother! For those who still doesn't know..little bro cos we found out that we were born in the same hospital less than 24hr apart! Isn't it amazing? haha!

School Starts tmr!
Definitely not looking forward to it. Not that i hate school, i just don't like the feeling of being guilty. I never seem to stop rotting and wasting my time away on other stuff. Like what i'm doing now. Haha! Anyway, i went to the esplanade library today. Initial intention was to go for a talk about Mozart's life and greatest compositions but in the end i simply walked right past it. Some little facts that i overheard: Mozart is a child prodigy. Composed his first symphony when he was 8 yrs old. Died at a very young age and many many more. Better go check my dictionary and Kamien( a music book describing all the composers in details from baroque to 2oth century) Argh! I can't remember all my mep stuff except for beethoven's eroica sym which we were forced to memorise all the movements. Hmm.. sounds very arty farty. Better stop all this crap all you peeps prob won't visit my blog again..haha!

Road Hazard 6th January 2006
After much persuasion from all my dearest friends, a computer idiot has finally decided to be tech savvy(trying to). Besides being a total computer idiot, I finally agree with everyone that yes, i am a ROAD HAZARD!!
Criteria to be a road hazard:
1. Hit the kerb and even run up the grass patch at least 10 times
2. Nearly hit the car behind when trying to reverse illegally
3. Almost hit the back of the car infront when coming down the slope of a multi storey carpark(the lady driver got down and accused me of banging her car which i swear i didn't)
4. When trying to change lanes, bang into a lorry and had the side mirror flying away (latest accident that happened today near Clark Quay)
Seriuosly, how did i manage to get my driver's license?
To all my dearest friends, please consider very carefully next time you wanna hitch a ride from me. Make sure you have a insurance. Yours truly may not be able to gurantee a safe trip to your destination.
