I feel and look FAT!

Yea i've always been complaining that i'm getting fatter and fatter but there hasn't been any particularly strong motivating factor for me to go do something abt it. Until today!! Ahh.. so upset when i saw my pics appearing on rachael's blog and whit's facebook! I look horribly fat! Not pleasantly plump, but FAT! Shit! I'm so glad my bday pics turned out pretty alright or i won't want to live to see my next bday.

I'm running tmr! Yes, i shall run 6 rounds tmr! But i haven't done a real run since i left vj which is like 3 yrs ago. Er ok, maybe 4 rounds. Wait, where are my running shoes? Maybe i shld just start with 2. Oh die....
